Other projects
There are many different funding channels for the implementation of research projects, like funding bids offered by local authorities and sector institutions. Among these, the fundings provided by MIUR (which are not included in those already mentioned), and grants offered by the Regione Friuli Venezia Giulia and other calls at European level.
Sometimes projects stem from agreements with institutions and museums: besides the production of scientific publications, they also provide material for the implementation of educational activities, thus offering students an early engagement with the research world.
